Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical and privacy teams. You will facilitate understanding of data handling processes, document these for privacy specialists, and act as a key liaison to ensure privacy requirements are met effectively and efficiently.Main tasks include•Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to understand their data handling processes.•Document stakeholders' data handling and products, summarizing key information for the Privacy Team.•Create clear documentation explaining how personal data is processed to Privacy Specialists.•Act as a liaison between the Privacy Team and stakeholders, collecting necessary information for privacy evaluations.•Support the management and integration of GRC tools.•Develop and document data mapping processes.•Continuously coordinate with Privacy Specialists to manage cases, understanding project contexts.

•Strong willingness to learn about privacy principles and regulations.
•Ability to engage in smooth business communication with diverse stakeholders.
•Experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation.
•High-level communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
•Basic technical skills related to privacy protection, such as Data Minimization and access control.
•Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure architecture (e.g., GCP).
•Fluent in English and Japanese.
